Dressage and Jumping Clinic

Crystal Creek Equine Center (Marion, Iowa)

Upcoming provisional clinic dates: March 12, 13; April 9, 10

Focusing on safe and effective riding in a fun atmosphere.
All levels and disciplines welcome.

The clinic features Camie Stockhausen, USEA ICP-certified trainer and instructor for Field Day. Camie is an experienced eventer, foxhunter, driver, dressage rider and clinician who focuses on safety, being mindful and having fun. Here are some comments from past clinic participants and Field Day clients. She believes the best results for horses and riders come from a logical, teamwork-style approach. Calm, relaxed, educated horses and riders perform at their best, whatever their discipline.

  • Individual 45-minute flatwork lessons on Friday.
  • Small group jumping lessons Saturday morning. Max 5 riders per group session. Individual Dressage lessons also available.
  • $60 per rider per session
  • ASTM-approved hardhats required for all riders at all times in the clinic.
  • Auditors welcome, $10 donation or large bag of dog cookies acepted for The Moingona Hounds.

Other: Casual attire. Waivers for Field Day will be provided at the clinic and will be signed by participants before instruction begins.

Stabling: reservations through Crystal Creek Equestrian Center

Online registration (below) is complete when payment is received. Registration deadline is the Wednesday before the clinic, at noon. Ride times will be posted around 8 p.m. that evening.

Payment may be sent via paypal to camstock@huxcomm.net or via check made out to "Field Day" and sent to 57560 Highway 210, Cambridge, IA 50046-8583. Fully paid registrants will be scheduled. Details will appear as received, in the table below.
